1. What we collect
When you open an account on the website: email address, username, an encrypted digest of your password (never the password itself) and your chosen language.
When you use the Telegram bot: your Telegram ID, username, name and language.
When you go through KYC: photographs of the photo page of your passport and of your face.
When you pay: the amount, network and identifier of the transaction. We never see or store card details.
2. Why we use it
To open and protect your account, to grant VIP membership to the right person and to deliver signals and news.
KYC photographs are used only to verify identity; never for advertising or any other purpose.
To match payments correctly and to resolve disputes.
3. Who can see it
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Only an account with administrator rights can open KYC photographs; an ordinary user cannot see anyone else’s documents.
Third parties needed for the service to work: Telegram (message delivery), our email provider (verification messages) and a crypto exchange (checking that a payment arrived).
4. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open.
KYC photographs may be kept after verification — they are needed for repeat applications and disputes. You can request their deletion.
Payment and delivery records are kept for accounting and dispute purposes.
5. Cookies
The website uses a single technical cookie: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your language and appearance preferences stay inside your browser and are not sent to us.
6. Security
Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be read back (scrypt). Connections run over an encrypted channel (HTTPS).
Uploaded documents are never placed at a public address and are served only to an authorised account.
No system is completely secure, so do not reuse your password elsewhere.
7. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted.
You can ask support to delete your account and the data attached to it. Some records may have to be kept for legal reasons.
8. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that such an account exists, we close it.
