1. What the service covers
Oguz Trading Group provides market analysis, trading signals, news and educational material through the website and the Telegram bot.
We are not a broker, a portfolio manager or a financial adviser. We never trade on your behalf and we never take custody of your funds.
2. Not investment advice
Everything we publish is for education and information only. It is not an offer to buy or sell.
You make your own trading decisions and you are fully responsible for their outcome.
3. Risk warning
Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and can lead to the loss of all the capital you deposit.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
4. Account and security
To open an account you must provide a valid email address and verify it. Keeping your password safe is your responsibility.
One person may hold one account. Transferring or selling your account is not allowed.
5. Membership and payment
A VIP membership is granted for the period you choose and closes by itself when that period ends. There is no automatic renewal — you pay again if you want to continue.
Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency. A payment must be sent in the exact amount and on the network shown; funds sent with a different amount or on a different network are not matched automatically.
A membership is a digital service and starts being used the moment it opens, so an activated membership is not refunded.
6. Prohibited use
Redistributing, selling or reusing our signals, materials and bot messages without permission is not allowed.
Using the service for fraud, abuse or automated attacks is not allowed.
7. Closing an account
An account that breaks these terms may be closed without warning, and the remaining membership period is not refunded in that case.
You may stop using the service at any time. You can ask support to delete your account entirely.
8. Broker partnerships
The website contains referral links for FxPro and AMarkets. If you open an account through them we may be paid a commission by the broker; this does not worsen your terms.
Your agreement with a broker is with that broker; we are not responsible for their service.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. A change takes effect when it is published on the website; important changes are announced through the bot or by email.
